1. Shipping Information

a. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. For bulk orders or delivery to offshore islands, please contact us directly before placing your order.

b. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For large or rural deliveries, additional charges may apply—we’ll contact you if this is the case.

c. Order Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days for standard stock items. If your order is expected to take longer—due to availability, volume, or special requirements—a member of our team will contact you directly to provide an updated timeline. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

d. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days
  • Rural deliveries: May take longer

2. Pickup Option

Customers may choose to pick up orders directly from our facility at:
121 Whangarata Road, Tuakau 2121
Pickup is available by prior arrangement. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect your order.

3. Returns & Refunds

a. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (agricultural fertilisers), we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at admin@biofert.co.nz.

b. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
  • We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund (including return shipping if required)

c. Faulty Products

If a product is faulty or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If in doubt, call us on 09 233 6491.
